The recent comments are full of YOUR CUSTOMERS all complaining about the exact same thing. Need more evidence? Look at the comments, again something I should have done but I didn't, and I'm clearly not the only one. Yes, if you scroll down it does say its an account, and I wish I had paid better attention and seen that, but I didn't and the splash page does not make that clear. Also, under product type it clearly says KEY! Which it is not, in any way shape or form. It's a pretty safe bet a lot of people will assume they just mean "Steam" is the platform. Firstly, I was unaware that "Steam Account" was a platform. When you land on the splash page after you click on the "game" here is what you see: I changed it to an apparently not bad word, in bold. Edit reposting this because apparently, I said a bad word before when I described your business practices, and my post was removed.
